1. Send the original documents (with court seal)  address to:

If you have efiled the documents then you may simply forward the emailed documents to:

2. A letter or email addressed to Discount Process Servers instructing us to serve the relevant documents on your behalf.

Please provide the name and address of who and where you wish the documents to be served and a cheque or money order made payable to Discount Process Servers.

3. In the instructions  please provide your full name, address, email and contact teleno's.

For all subpoenas please supply cheque for conduct money.

4. If possible please provide a recent photograph of the person you wish to have served. All photographs shall be returned with your affidavit of service.

5. Solicitors please provide form 1, form 2, form 3 (SEPA Act 1992) for interstate service.

6. Upon service of the documents our office will notify you immediately.

A maximum of 6 attempts will be made to serve the documents.

Additional attempts can be requested at a negotiated rate.

Clients who pay upfront are given priority.

7. The affidavit shall be posted to you upon receiving full payment (corporate clients who have an account with us are billed on agreed terms)

Australia needs new immigration laws to protect migrant women fleeing family violence, according to the Australian Law Reform Commission. Its final report on family violence and Commonwealth laws, released by Attorney-General Nicola Roxon yesterday, recommends several immigration law reforms to allow migrants on temporary visas to stay and seek help.

Recommendations in the report include:

■ The creation of a new temporary visa to allow secondary visa holders, such as the partners of international students, to stay in Australia to seek help or apply for residency.

THE divorce rate has continued to fall since reaching a high in 2001, dipping 2 per cent last year to 51,375. But despite the year-to-year decrease in divorces, a third of relationships are still set to fail.
